We will promote the enjoyment of science and environmental research programs, provide outdoor entertainment and most importantly facilitate engagement from the future leaders emerging from our schools, in environmental studies, human wellness, sustainability, and cutting edge technology. We seek to demonstrate a sustainable small business through the development of low impact, no impact, and negative impact facilities/installations. We hope to offer affordable sustainable technologies, and to educate those interested in installing them DIY. 

In the winter of 2018 Catskill Mountain Kids found our home in Parksville NY. We purchased and ideal piece of land to share “the living river” concept at the center of our educational sustainable development program. 

Over 2000’ of prime trout stream with easy access from Parksville Rd. and the Parksville O&W Rail Trail which run on either side of the property.  

We hope to develop this land to be a welcoming learning center for locals and visitors seeking to  live, learn, and love our local land sustainably. 

We hope to expand our organization in order to offer the following exhibits and services at our Parksville, NY headquarters. 

1. Access to research: providing access to our research of the Little Beaverkill River, and the sustainable river friendly technologies

2. Sustainable Interactive Activities for  Family and Children- Hosting a number of hands-on demonstrations, where children can utilize science kits and begin to understand how to live sustainable.

3. Low Impact Environmentally friendly entertainment: Bike rentals, Climbing Wall and aerials course.

4. Public Engagement:  Providing access to our open space, fishing, sustainable arts and crafts festivals, and farmers markets.
